Overview
ICAN offers a 2-month Child Psychology Internship for students of psychology, sociology, social work, education, health, and psychiatry. This program provides a unique opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in the field of child psychology. It includes a combination of theoretical classes and practical interaction with case studies, clinical discussions, evidence-based assessment techniques, case formulation, therapeutic goal setting, and treatment intervention plans. The program aims to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to work with children and families, and to promote their well-being and positive development. The internship is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience that enables students to apply their theoretical knowledge to real-world situations, under the supervision of experienced professionals. Upon completion of the internship, students will receive a certificate of completion and a letter of recommendation from ICAN.
